DER KOMPLEX SOLL FÜR UMGERECHNET 230 MILLIONEN EURO NEBEN DEM OLYMPIAGELÄNDE IN EAST LONDON ERRICHTET WERDEN. ORIENTIERT WIRD SICH AN DER BEREITS ERBAUTEN SKIHALLE IN DUBAI. DIE ERÖFFNUNG IST SCHON FÜR 2015 GEPLANT.
Die Monster Halle wird mehrere Pisten, eine Eislauffläche und was die Engländer besonders gerne machen, eine Snowtubing Area in sich verschlingen. Die längste Piste soll 300 Meter lang werden und eine Fläche von 20.000 Quadratmetern abdecken. Aber wie groß der geplante Funpark jetzt wird hat der Bürgermeister noch nicht genau sagen können 😉

Around 20,000 square metres of piste will be created using “real” snow, with the longest of several runs expected to be 300 metres. There will also be snowboard ramps, toboggan runs, an ice-skating rink and “snow-play” zones for children.
